### sec.99 Offence to trespass—general
A person must not—
take wildlife on any land; or
enter or be on any land for the purpose of taking wildlife;
without the landholder’s consent.
Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply to a conservation officer who—
has entered the land under part 9 ; and
exercises a power under the part.

(sec.99-ssec.1) A person must not— take wildlife on any land; or enter or be on any land for the purpose of taking wildlife; without the landholder’s consent. Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
(sec.99-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a conservation officer who— has entered the land under part 9 ; and exercises a power under the part.
- (a) take wildlife on any land; or
- (b) enter or be on any land for the purpose of taking wildlife;
- (a) has entered the land under part 9 ; and
- (b) exercises a power under the part.
