### sec.98 No right to enter land
Nothing in this Act gives—
the holder of a licence, permit or other authority issued or given under a regulation; or
an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person;
the right to enter any land for the purpose of taking wildlife without the landholder’s consent.
