### sec.42AC Dedication of other land as national park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land)
This section applies to land, other than land to which section 42AB applies, that is not a national park or included in a national park if—
under the Aboriginal Land Act 1991 , an entity has entered into an Indigenous management agreement for the land; and
the Minister and the entity agree that the land is to be managed as a national park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land).
If the land becomes Aboriginal land—
the grant of the land as Aboriginal land is subject to a condition that the land must become a national park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land); and
the Minister must recommend to the Governor in Council the making of a regulation dedicating the land as a national park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land).

(sec.42AC-ssec.2) If the land becomes Aboriginal land— the grant of the land as Aboriginal land is subject to a condition that the land must become a national park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land); and the Minister must recommend to the Governor in Council the making of a regulation dedicating the land as a national park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land).
- (a) under the Aboriginal Land Act 1991 , an entity has entered into an Indigenous management agreement for the land; and
- (b) the Minister and the entity agree that the land is to be managed as a national park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land).
