### sec.39H Notice of decision
As soon as practicable after deciding the application, the chief executive must give written notice of the decision to the following—
the applicant; and
if the chief executive approves the application—the registrar of titles.
The notice must state—
the decision; and
if the chief executive refuses the application, or approves the application with conditions not agreed to in writing by the applicant—
the reasons for the decision; and
that the applicant may seek an internal review of the decision; and
how the review is started.
