### sec.195 Definitions for sdiv 2 In this subdivision— amendment Act means the Nature Conservation Act 1992 . commencement means the commencement of this subdivision. old class , of protected area, means any of the following classes of protected area under the unamended Act— national park (scientific); national park (recovery); conservation park; resources reserve. unamended Act means this Act as in force before the commencement. s 195 ins 2013 No. 55 s 153 - (a) national park (scientific); - (b) national park (recovery); - (c) conservation park; - (d) resources reserve.
