### sec.67 Replacement licences
A licensee may apply to the chief executive for the replacement of a lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged licence.
The application must be made in the approved form and be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
The chief executive must grant the application if the chief executive is satisfied the licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed, or damaged in a way to require its replacement.
If the chief executive grants the application, the chief executive must issue another licence to the applicant to replace the original licence.
The chief executive may also replace a licence if—
either—
the licensee has given written notice to the chief executive of a prescribed change; or
the chief executive reasonably believes a prescribed change for the licensee has happened; and
the chief executive is satisfied the prescribed change requires a replacement of the licence.
If the chief executive replaces a licence under this section—
the licence continues to be subject to the same conditions and term to which the licence was subject before being replaced; and
the licensee must pay the chief executive the fee prescribed under a regulation.
In this section—
prescribed change means a prescribed change under section 69 .
(sec.67-ssec.1) A licensee may apply to the chief executive for the replacement of a lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged licence.

(sec.67-ssec.3) The chief executive must grant the application if the chief executive is satisfied the licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed, or damaged in a way to require its replacement.
(sec.67-ssec.4) If the chief executive grants the application, the chief executive must issue another licence to the applicant to replace the original licence.
(sec.67-ssec.5) The chief executive may also replace a licence if— either— the licensee has given written notice to the chief executive of a prescribed change; or the chief executive reasonably believes a prescribed change for the licensee has happened; and the chief executive is satisfied the prescribed change requires a replacement of the licence.
(sec.67-ssec.6) If the chief executive replaces a licence under this section— the licence continues to be subject to the same conditions and term to which the licence was subject before being replaced; and the licensee must pay the chief executive the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(sec.67-ssec.7) In this section— prescribed change means a prescribed change under section 69 .
- (a) either— (i) the licensee has given written notice to the chief executive of a prescribed change; or (ii) the chief executive reasonably believes a prescribed change for the licensee has happened; and
- (i) the licensee has given written notice to the chief executive of a prescribed change; or
- (ii) the chief executive reasonably believes a prescribed change for the licensee has happened; and
- (b) the chief executive is satisfied the prescribed change requires a replacement of the licence.
- (i) the licensee has given written notice to the chief executive of a prescribed change; or
- (ii) the chief executive reasonably believes a prescribed change for the licensee has happened; and
- (a) the licence continues to be subject to the same conditions and term to which the licence was subject before being replaced; and
- (b) the licensee must pay the chief executive the fee prescribed under a regulation.
