### sec.123 Carrying on of business under chattel auctioneer licence An individual who carries on the business of a chattel auctioneer with others is not required to hold a chattel auctioneer licence if— at least 1 of the persons with whom the individual carries on business is a chattel auctioneer; and the individual does not perform the activity of a chattel auctioneer; and the individual is a suitable person to hold a licence. - (a) at least 1 of the persons with whom the individual carries on business is a chattel auctioneer; and - (b) the individual does not perform the activity of a chattel auctioneer; and - (c) the individual is a suitable person to hold a licence.
