### sec.11 Meaning of in charge
A person is in charge of a licensee’s business at a place where the licensee carries on business only if the person personally supervises, manages or controls the conduct of the licensee’s business at the place.
In this section—
licensee’s business means the licensee’s business carried on under the authority of the licensee’s licence.
(sec.11-ssec.1) A person is in charge of a licensee’s business at a place where the licensee carries on business only if the person personally supervises, manages or controls the conduct of the licensee’s business at the place.
(sec.11-ssec.2) In this section— licensee’s business means the licensee’s business carried on under the authority of the licensee’s licence.
