### sch.1-sec.7 Statutory warranty The warrantor of a warranted vehicle warrants that— the vehicle is free from defects at the time of taking possession and for the warranty period; and defects in the vehicle reported during the warranty period will be repaired by the warrantor free of charge. In this section— defects does not include defects not covered by the statutory warranty.
