### sec.92 Disclosure of information
A person engaged in work related to the administration of the statutory insurance scheme, or claims made under the scheme, must not divulge information of a private or confidential nature acquired during the work other than as authorised or required by the terms of the person’s employment or by law.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
This section does not prevent—
the exchange of information between insurers; or
any other form of disclosure authorised or required by the industry deed or regulation.
