### sec.91 Insolvent insurers
If the commission publishes a gazette notice to the effect that a named insurer previously licensed under this Act became insolvent on a particular date, the insurer is presumed, for the purposes of this Act, to have become insolvent on that date.
The liquidator of an insolvent insurer must at the commission’s request give any information the commission requires about the stage reached by the insurer in processing claims before becoming insolvent and any other information reasonably required by the commission.
Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
