### sec.206 Protection of members, legal representatives and witnesses
A member of the board of inquiry has, in the performance of the member’s duties, the same protection and immunity as a Supreme Court judge performing the functions of a judge.
A lawyer or other person appearing before the inquiry for someone has the same protection and immunity as a lawyer appearing for a party in a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
A person summoned to attend or appearing before the inquiry as a witness has the same protection as a witness in a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
(sec.206-ssec.1) A member of the board of inquiry has, in the performance of the member’s duties, the same protection and immunity as a Supreme Court judge performing the functions of a judge.
