### sec.205 Inquiry to be held in public except in special circumstances
The inquiry must be held in public.
However, the board may, of its own initiative or on the application of a person represented at the inquiry, direct that the inquiry, or a part of the inquiry, be held in private, and give directions about the persons who may be present.
The board may give a direction under subsection (2) only if it is satisfied it is proper to make the direction in the special circumstances of the case.
(sec.205-ssec.1) The inquiry must be held in public.
