### sec.165 Contents of directive A directive given to a person under subdivision 3 or 4 must state the following matters— the action required under the directive; the grounds for the directive; a stated reasonable period within which the person must comply with the directive; if the directive is given by an inspector (other than the chief inspector), an inspection officer or a district workers’ representative—that the person has a right to have the directive reviewed by the chief inspector under subdivision 8 ; if the directive is given by the chief inspector—that the person has a right to appeal against the directive under part 13 , division 2 ; how, and the period within which, the person may apply for review of, or appeal against, the directive. s 165 sub 2024 No. 34 s 189 - (a) the action required under the directive; - (b) the grounds for the directive; - (c) a stated reasonable period within which the person must comply with the directive; - (d) if the directive is given by an inspector (other than the chief inspector), an inspection officer or a district workers’ representative—that the person has a right to have the directive reviewed by the chief inspector under subdivision 8 ; - (e) if the directive is given by the chief inspector—that the person has a right to appeal against the directive under part 13 , division 2 ; - (f) how, and the period within which, the person may apply for review of, or appeal against, the directive.
