### sec.317ZD Right to terminate call for tenders
The Minister may, by gazette notice, terminate a call for mining lease tenders at any time before deciding the call.
All tenders in response to the call lapse when the call is terminated.
No amount, whether by way of compensation, reimbursement or otherwise, is payable by the State to any person for or in connection with the termination.
However, subject to sections 317ZF (4) and 317ZI (4) , the Minister must refund any tender security given by the tenderer.

(sec.317ZD-ssec.1) The Minister may, by gazette notice, terminate a call for mining lease tenders at any time before deciding the call.
(sec.317ZD-ssec.2) All tenders in response to the call lapse when the call is terminated.
