### sec.317ZC Rejection of tender if tenderer disqualified
The Minister must reject a tender for a mining lease if the Minister decides the tenderer is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act , chapter 6 from being granted a mining lease.
On rejection of the tender, the Minister must give the tenderer a notice about the decision.

(sec.317ZC-ssec.1) The Minister must reject a tender for a mining lease if the Minister decides the tenderer is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act , chapter 6 from being granted a mining lease.
