### sec.24A Details of prospecting permit to be recorded in register The chief executive must record in the register the following details of a prospecting permit— the identification number of the permit; the name of the holder; the address for service of notices on the holder; the description of land for which the permit is granted; the term and date of commencement of the permit; the conditions, other than conditions prescribed under this Act, to which the permit is subject. s 24A ins 2008 No. 33 s 80 amd 2013 No. 10 s 193 sch 1 sub 2018 No. 24 s 70 - (a) the identification number of the permit; - (b) the name of the holder; - (c) the address for service of notices on the holder; - (d) the description of land for which the permit is granted; - (e) the term and date of commencement of the permit; - (f) the conditions, other than conditions prescribed under this Act, to which the permit is subject.
