### sec.87 Cooling-off during minimum negotiation period
This section applies if the parties enter into a conduct and compensation agreement or a deferral agreement during the minimum negotiation period.
Either party may, within the minimum negotiation period, terminate the agreement by giving notice to the other party.
On the giving of a notice under subsection (2) , the terminated agreement is taken never to have had any effect.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that subsection (3) does not change the time when the negotiation notice was given.
(sec.87-ssec.1) This section applies if the parties enter into a conduct and compensation agreement or a deferral agreement during the minimum negotiation period.
