### sec.73 Application of part This part applies for a resource authority (the first resource authority ) in relation to entry to land that is— outside its authorised area; and in the authorised area of another resource authority (the second resource authority ). However, this part does not apply if the first resource authority is any of the following resource authorities under the Mineral Resources Act — a prospecting permit; a mining claim; a mining lease. If the land is also private land or public land (including restricted land), this part applies in addition to any obligations under part 2 , 3 or 4 . s 73 amd 2020 No. 14 s 218 sch 1 (sec.73-ssec.1) This part applies for a resource authority (the first resource authority ) in relation to entry to land that is— outside its authorised area; and in the authorised area of another resource authority (the second resource authority ).
