### sec.72B Right of access for authorised activities includes access for rehabilitation and environmental management
This section applies if—
under part 2 or 3 , the holder of a resource authority has the right to enter private land or public land to carry out authorised activities for the resource authority; or
under the Mineral Resources Act , the holder of a prospecting permit, mining claim or mining lease has the right to enter land to carry out authorised activities for the resource authority.
The right includes a right to enter the land to carry out rehabilitation or environmental management required of the holder under any relevant environmental requirement under the Environmental Protection Act .

(sec.72B-ssec.1) This section applies if— under part 2 or 3 , the holder of a resource authority has the right to enter private land or public land to carry out authorised activities for the resource authority; or under the Mineral Resources Act , the holder of a prospecting permit, mining claim or mining lease has the right to enter land to carry out authorised activities for the resource authority.
(sec.72B-ssec.2) The right includes a right to enter the land to carry out rehabilitation or environmental management required of the holder under any relevant environmental requirement under the Environmental Protection Act .
- (a) under part 2 or 3 , the holder of a resource authority has the right to enter private land or public land to carry out authorised activities for the resource authority; or
