### sec.53A Power of Land Court to decide alleged breach of access agreement
If a party to an access agreement believes the other party has breached the agreement, the party may apply to the Land Court for an order about the alleged breach.
An application may be made during the term, or after the end, of the agreement.
The Land Court may make any order it considers appropriate on an application under this section.
In this section—
party , to an access agreement, means—
the following persons who entered into the agreement—
the resource authority holder;
the owner or occupier of private land; or
the successors and assigns of a party mentioned in paragraph (a) that are bound by the agreement under section 79 .

(sec.53A-ssec.1) If a party to an access agreement believes the other party has breached the agreement, the party may apply to the Land Court for an order about the alleged breach.
(sec.53A-ssec.2) An application may be made during the term, or after the end, of the agreement.
(sec.53A-ssec.3) The Land Court may make any order it considers appropriate on an application under this section.
(sec.53A-ssec.4) In this section— party , to an access agreement, means— the following persons who entered into the agreement— the resource authority holder; the owner or occupier of private land; or the successors and assigns of a party mentioned in paragraph (a) that are bound by the agreement under section 79 .
- (a) the following persons who entered into the agreement— (i) the resource authority holder; (ii) the owner or occupier of private land; or
- (i) the resource authority holder;
- (ii) the owner or occupier of private land; or
- (b) the successors and assigns of a party mentioned in paragraph (a) that are bound by the agreement under section 79 .
- (i) the resource authority holder;
- (ii) the owner or occupier of private land; or
