### sec.44 Deferral agreements
An owner or occupier of land may enter into an agreement (a deferral agreement ) with a resource authority holder that a conduct and compensation agreement can be entered into after entry to the land.
A deferral agreement is invalid if it does not comply with the prescribed requirements for the agreement.
