### sec.35 Removing associated agreements from register
The holder of a resource authority to which an associated agreement relates may apply to the chief executive to have the agreement removed from the register.
Chapter 6 , part 1 applies for processing the application.
After lodgement of a valid application, the chief executive must remove the associated agreement from the register.

(sec.35-ssec.1) The holder of a resource authority to which an associated agreement relates may apply to the chief executive to have the agreement removed from the register.
