### sec.247 Application for approval to register particular prescribed dealings taken to be notification of particular notifiable dealings
This section applies if —
before the commencement, an application was made under section 19 for approval to register a prescribed dealing mentioned in the Mineral and Energy Resources (Common Provisions) Regulation 2016, section 4(1)(a) or (f) as in force before the commencement; and
immediately before the commencement, the prescribed dealing mentioned in paragraph (a) had not been registered.
The application is taken to be a notice to the chief executive of a notifiable dealing to enable its registration under section 19B(1).

(sec.247-ssec.1) This section applies if — before the commencement, an application was made under section 19 for approval to register a prescribed dealing mentioned in the Mineral and Energy Resources (Common Provisions) Regulation 2016, section 4(1)(a) or (f) as in force before the commencement; and immediately before the commencement, the prescribed dealing mentioned in paragraph (a) had not been registered.
(sec.247-ssec.2) The application is taken to be a notice to the chief executive of a notifiable dealing to enable its registration under section 19B(1).
- (a) before the commencement, an application was made under section 19 for approval to register a prescribed dealing mentioned in the Mineral and Energy Resources (Common Provisions) Regulation 2016, section 4(1)(a) or (f) as in force before the commencement; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the prescribed dealing mentioned in paragraph (a) had not been registered.
