### sec.215 Unrecorded associated agreements This section applies if, before the commencement, notice of an associated agreement had been given to the chief executive in accordance with a Resource Act but the agreement had not been recorded before the commencement. The associated agreement may be included in the new register if the agreement would have been recorded in a register under the Resource Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
