### sec.196L Non-attendance at ADR
This section applies if—
a party (the non-attending party ) does not attend the ADR; and
another party (the attending party ) attends the ADR.
The non-attending party is liable to pay the attending party’s reasonable costs of attending.
The attending party may apply to the Land Court for an order requiring the payment of the costs.
The Land Court may order the payment of the costs only if the Court is satisfied the non-attending party did not have a reasonable excuse for not attending.

(sec.196L-ssec.1) This section applies if— a party (the non-attending party ) does not attend the ADR; and another party (the attending party ) attends the ADR.
(sec.196L-ssec.2) The non-attending party is liable to pay the attending party’s reasonable costs of attending.
(sec.196L-ssec.3) The attending party may apply to the Land Court for an order requiring the payment of the costs.
