### sec.196I Contents of ADR election notice An ADR election notice for ADR for the resolution of a dispute must state— details of the matters the subject of the dispute; and the type of ADR proposed; and the name of an ADR facilitator, who is independent of both parties to the dispute, proposed to conduct the ADR; and who is liable for the costs of the ADR facilitator; and any other information prescribed by regulation. s 196I ins 2024 No. 33 s 88 - (a) details of the matters the subject of the dispute; and - (b) the type of ADR proposed; and - (c) the name of an ADR facilitator, who is independent of both parties to the dispute, proposed to conduct the ADR; and - (d) who is liable for the costs of the ADR facilitator; and - (e) any other information prescribed by regulation.
