### sec.194 Criteria for considering applications
In deciding an application, the deciding authority must consider the criteria prescribed by regulation for the authorising provision for the application.
Unless the authorising provision for an application states the criteria are exhaustive, the deciding authority may also consider any other criteria or matter the authority considers relevant to deciding the application.
