### sec.188 Requirements for applications An application must— comply with all requirements stated for it in the authorising provision for the application; and comply with all prescribed requirements for it; and be accompanied by all fees, information or other things prescribed by regulation for it; and if a practice manual applies to the application, comply with the manual to the extent it applies to the application. Also, if there is an approved form for the application, the application must be made in the approved form.
