### sec.182 Effect of arbitrator’s decision
The arbitrator’s decision is final.
The parties to the arbitration may not apply for review of, or appeal against, the decision.
The arbitrator’s decision does not limit or otherwise affect—
a power of the Minister under chapter 5 , part 2 ; or
a power of an inspector under mining safety legislation; or
a power of the Supreme Court to decide a decision of the arbitrator is affected by jurisdictional error.
The arbitrator’s decision on a matter in dispute between the parties to the arbitration has the same effect as if the parties had entered into a binding and enforceable agreement to the same effect as the decision.

(sec.182-ssec.1) The arbitrator’s decision is final.
