### sec.17A Notifiable dealings require notice to chief executive and registration
A regulation may prescribe the dealings with a resource authority (each a notifiable dealing ) that must be notified to the chief executive under this part, and registered, to have effect.
A notifiable dealing has no effect unless, and until, it is notified to the chief executive under this part and registered.
