### sec.174E Right of appeal This section applies if the Minister decides to exercise a power under section 174C (1) . The P&G Act , chapter 12 , part 2 applies, with necessary changes, to the decision as if— the decision were mentioned in the P&G Act , schedule 1 , table 2; and the P&G Act , schedule 1 , table 2 stated the Land Court as the appeal body for the decision; and a reference in the P&G Act , chapter 12 , part 2 to an information notice included a reference to an information notice under section 174C (3) . s 174E ins 2020 No. 14 s 73 (sec.174E-ssec.1) This section applies if the Minister decides to exercise a power under section 174C (1) . (sec.174E-ssec.2) The P&G Act , chapter 12 , part 2 applies, with necessary changes, to the decision as if— the decision were mentioned in the P&G Act , schedule 1 , table 2; and the P&G Act , schedule 1 , table 2 stated the Land Court as the appeal body for the decision; and a reference in the P&G Act , chapter 12 , part 2 to an information notice included a reference to an information notice under section 174C (3) . - (a) the decision were mentioned in the P&G Act , schedule 1 , table 2; and - (b) the P&G Act , schedule 1 , table 2 stated the Land Court as the appeal body for the decision; and - (c) a reference in the P&G Act , chapter 12 , part 2 to an information notice included a reference to an information notice under section 174C (3) .
