### sec.16 What is a dealing A dealing , in relation to a resource authority, is— any transaction or arrangement that causes the creation, variation, transfer or extinguishment of an interest in the resource authority; or another transaction, arrangement or circumstance, prescribed by regulation, that affects the resource authority. s 16 amd 2020 No. 14 s 59 - (a) any transaction or arrangement that causes the creation, variation, transfer or extinguishment of an interest in the resource authority; or - (b) another transaction, arrangement or circumstance, prescribed by regulation, that affects the resource authority.
