### sec.145 Consistency of development plans
This section applies if the PL holder is granted a PL for the overlapping area.
The PL holder must ensure any development plan under the P&G Act for the PL is consistent to the greatest practicable extent with each agreed joint development plan that applies to the PL holder.
The ML (coal) holder must ensure any development plan under the Mineral Resources Act for the ML (coal) is consistent to the greatest practicable extent with each agreed joint development plan that applies to the ML (coal) holder.
This section applies even if any of the following takes place for the PL or the ML (coal)—
a renewal;
a transfer;
a complete or partial subletting.
(sec.145-ssec.1) This section applies if the PL holder is granted a PL for the overlapping area.
(sec.145-ssec.2) The PL holder must ensure any development plan under the P&G Act for the PL is consistent to the greatest practicable extent with each agreed joint development plan that applies to the PL holder.
(sec.145-ssec.3) The ML (coal) holder must ensure any development plan under the Mineral Resources Act for the ML (coal) is consistent to the greatest practicable extent with each agreed joint development plan that applies to the ML (coal) holder.
(sec.145-ssec.4) This section applies even if any of the following takes place for the PL or the ML (coal)— a renewal; a transfer; a complete or partial subletting.

- (b) a transfer;
- (c) a complete or partial subletting.
