### sec.137 Resource optimisation An ML (coal) holder must, in relation to incidental coal seam gas in an overlapping area that is subject to the ML (coal), use reasonable endeavours to— minimise unnecessary contamination or dilution of the incidental coal seam gas; and maximise production of undiluted incidental coal seam gas. - (a) minimise unnecessary contamination or dilution of the incidental coal seam gas; and - (b) maximise production of undiluted incidental coal seam gas.
