### sec.117 Mandatory requirements for participants The following provisions apply for all overlapping areas— section 121 ; section 127 (8) (b) ; part 2 , division 3 ; parts 3 and 4 ; part 5 , other than section 153 ; part 6 , division 1 ; chapter 5 , part 2 . The resource authority holders for an overlapping area may agree that provisions of this chapter, other than the provisions mentioned in subsection (1) , do not apply for the overlapping area. s 117 amd 2016 No. 30 s 20 ; 2020 No. 14 s 218 sch 1 (sec.117-ssec.1) The following provisions apply for all overlapping areas— section 121 ; section 127 (8) (b) ; part 2 , division 3 ; parts 3 and 4 ; part 5 , other than section 153 ; part 6 , division 1 ; chapter 5 , part 2 .
