### sec.101D Notice of concern may be given to authorised officer
An owner or occupier of land that may be affected by a resource authority may give notice to an authorised officer of any of the following concerns relating to the resource authority—
a concern about the authority of the resource authority holder to enter or be on the land;
a concern about activities of the resource authority holder that may affect the land;
a concern about the conduct of the resource authority holder.
A resource authority holder may give notice to an authorised officer of a concern involving the holder and an owner or occupier of land.
For subsection (1) , a resource authority holder includes a person acting, or purporting to act, for a resource authority holder or for a purpose relating to a resource authority.

(sec.101D-ssec.1) An owner or occupier of land that may be affected by a resource authority may give notice to an authorised officer of any of the following concerns relating to the resource authority— a concern about the authority of the resource authority holder to enter or be on the land; a concern about activities of the resource authority holder that may affect the land; a concern about the conduct of the resource authority holder.
(sec.101D-ssec.2) A resource authority holder may give notice to an authorised officer of a concern involving the holder and an owner or occupier of land.
(sec.101D-ssec.3) For subsection (1) , a resource authority holder includes a person acting, or purporting to act, for a resource authority holder or for a purpose relating to a resource authority.
- (a) a concern about the authority of the resource authority holder to enter or be on the land;
- (b) a concern about activities of the resource authority holder that may affect the land;
- (c) a concern about the conduct of the resource authority holder.
