### sec.58 Compliance with conservation conditions
A person acting under a commercial activity agreement must comply with each conservation condition of the agreement.
Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.
In this section—
conservation condition , of a commercial activity agreement, means a condition that, under section 57 , is identified as a conservation condition of the agreement.
(sec.58-ssec.1) A person acting under a commercial activity agreement must comply with each conservation condition of the agreement. Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.
(sec.58-ssec.2) In this section— conservation condition , of a commercial activity agreement, means a condition that, under section 57 , is identified as a conservation condition of the agreement.
