### sec.27 Chief executive’s power to require further information or document
Before deciding an application for an amendment of a permission, the chief executive may, by notice given to the applicant, ask the applicant to give the chief executive, within the reasonable period of at least 20 business days stated in the notice, any further information or document the chief executive reasonably requires to decide the application.
The chief executive may require the information or document to be verified by a statutory declaration.
The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if the applicant does not comply with the request.
The chief executive may extend the period within which the information or document must be given.
