### sec.201 Existing application for permission for activity no longer requiring permission
This section applies if—
before the commencement, a person applied to the chief executive for a permission to conduct an activity in a part of the former marine park; and
immediately before the commencement, the application had not been withdrawn or decided; and
on the commencement, the person is authorised, under the new plan, to do the following without a permission—
enter the corresponding part of the new marine park to conduct the activity; or
conduct the activity in the corresponding part of the new marine park.
On the commencement, the application is taken to have been withdrawn.

(sec.201-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person applied to the chief executive for a permission to conduct an activity in a part of the former marine park; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been withdrawn or decided; and on the commencement, the person is authorised, under the new plan, to do the following without a permission— enter the corresponding part of the new marine park to conduct the activity; or conduct the activity in the corresponding part of the new marine park.
(sec.201-ssec.2) On the commencement, the application is taken to have been withdrawn.
- (a) before the commencement, a person applied to the chief executive for a permission to conduct an activity in a part of the former marine park; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the application had not been withdrawn or decided; and
- (c) on the commencement, the person is authorised, under the new plan, to do the following without a permission— (i) enter the corresponding part of the new marine park to conduct the activity; or (ii) conduct the activity in the corresponding part of the new marine park.
- (i) enter the corresponding part of the new marine park to conduct the activity; or
- (ii) conduct the activity in the corresponding part of the new marine park.
