### sec.9 Revocation of park
A regulation may revoke the declaration of all or part of a marine park.
However, subject to sections 11 , 12 and 19 , the regulation may be made only if the Legislative Assembly has, on a motion of which at least 28 days notice has been given, passed a resolution requesting the revocation.
