### sec.10 Publication of revocation notice
Within 10 days after the notice of motion mentioned in section 9 (2) is given, the chief executive must publish notice of the proposed revocation (the revocation notice ) in—
a newspaper circulating in the locality of the marine park; and
a newspaper circulating throughout the State.
The revocation notice must state—
the marine park’s name; and
whether all or part of the park is to be revoked; and
if only part of the park is proposed to be revoked—a description, by map or otherwise, of the part of the park proposed to be revoked.
(sec.10-ssec.1) Within 10 days after the notice of motion mentioned in section 9 (2) is given, the chief executive must publish notice of the proposed revocation (the revocation notice ) in— a newspaper circulating in the locality of the marine park; and a newspaper circulating throughout the State.
(sec.10-ssec.2) The revocation notice must state— the marine park’s name; and whether all or part of the park is to be revoked; and if only part of the park is proposed to be revoked—a description, by map or otherwise, of the part of the park proposed to be revoked.
