### sec.160 Existing permissions
A permission in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement of this section—
continues in force, subject to this Act; and
is taken to be a permission issued under this Act, other than under section 15.
However, subsection (1) does not apply to a permission authorising the reclamation of tidal land in a marine park if—
the permission expired before the commencement and was continued in force under the Marine Parks Regulation 1990 , section 13 ; and
the reclamation works were not started before the commencement.
(sec.160-ssec.1) A permission in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement of this section— continues in force, subject to this Act; and is taken to be a permission issued under this Act, other than under section 15.
(sec.160-ssec.2) However, subsection (1) does not apply to a permission authorising the reclamation of tidal land in a marine park if— the permission expired before the commencement and was continued in force under the Marine Parks Regulation 1990 , section 13 ; and the reclamation works were not started before the commencement.
