### sec.159 Existing temporary restricted areas
Subsection (2) applies to the declaration of a temporary restricted area in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement of this section.
The declaration—
continues in force, subject to section 96; and
is taken to have been made under part 6, division 2; and
is to be read with the changes necessary to make it consistent with, and adapt its operation to, this Act.
(sec.159-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies to the declaration of a temporary restricted area in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement of this section.
(sec.159-ssec.2) The declaration— continues in force, subject to section 96; and is taken to have been made under part 6, division 2; and is to be read with the changes necessary to make it consistent with, and adapt its operation to, this Act.
