### sec.151B Conditions under s 151A This section applies if, after the commencement, a condition is imposed under this Act, as mentioned in section 151A (2) . To the extent the condition is inconsistent with a deemed condition, the deemed condition prevails. See the Environmental Offsets Act 2014 , section 5 (3) . Under that provision, particular imposed conditions prevail over deemed conditions.
