### sec.151A Offset conditions
This section applies to an authority but not a corresponding authority.
A condition may be imposed on the authority in relation to a marine park requiring or otherwise relating to an environmental offset (an offset condition ).
The offset condition may require an environmental offset to be undertaken within—
the marine park; or
an area of waters or land, whether or not subject to tidal influence or within the marine park, that has an environmental relationship with the marine park.
If the applicant for the authority has entered into an agreement about an environmental offset, an offset condition may require the applicant to comply with the agreement.
An agreement mentioned in subsection (4) is not an environmental offset agreement under the Environmental Offsets Act 2014 .
