### sec.69AA References in site agreements to particular consumer price indexes This section applies if a site agreement provides a basis for increasing the site rent by reference to an increase in— the consumer price index generally; or a stated consumer price index other than the Eight Capital Cities CPI. The reference to the consumer price index is taken to be a reference to the Eight Capital Cities CPI. Subsection (2) applies despite the terms of the site agreement.
