### sec.69A Basis for site rent increase to be stated in site agreement
The park owner must ensure that—
the site agreement states the basis for working out the amount of an increase in the site rent; and
the basis stated under paragraph (a) is a basis prescribed by regulation for that purpose.
A site agreement is of no effect to the extent a basis stated in the site agreement for working out the amount of an increase in site rent is not a basis prescribed by regulation for that purpose.

(sec.69A-ssec.1) The park owner must ensure that— the site agreement states the basis for working out the amount of an increase in the site rent; and the basis stated under paragraph (a) is a basis prescribed by regulation for that purpose.
(sec.69A-ssec.2) A site agreement is of no effect to the extent a basis stated in the site agreement for working out the amount of an increase in site rent is not a basis prescribed by regulation for that purpose.
- (a) the site agreement states the basis for working out the amount of an increase in the site rent; and
- (b) the basis stated under paragraph (a) is a basis prescribed by regulation for that purpose.
