### sec.57 Placement of ‘for sale’ sign on site
This section applies if—
the home owner under a site agreement intends to offer the manufactured home positioned on the site for sale; and
the agreement provides for the placement of a ‘for sale’ sign, in relation to the home, on the site.
The home owner must give the park owner notice of the intention to offer the home for sale before placing the sign on the site.
If the home owner gives a notice to the park owner under subsection (2) , the park owner must not restrict the placement of the sign on the site, as allowed under the agreement.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —20 penalty units.
(sec.57-ssec.1) This section applies if— the home owner under a site agreement intends to offer the manufactured home positioned on the site for sale; and the agreement provides for the placement of a ‘for sale’ sign, in relation to the home, on the site.
(sec.57-ssec.2) The home owner must give the park owner notice of the intention to offer the home for sale before placing the sign on the site.
