### sec.56C Sale of manufactured home by home owner
This section applies if—
a seller and a buyer enter into an agreement for the sale to the buyer of a manufactured home positioned on a site in a residential park; and
the seller is not the park owner.
The seller must give the park owner a notice stating the following details of the buyer—
the buyer’s name;
the buyer’s contact details.
If there is an approved form for the notice, the notice must be in the approved form.
The park owner must, within 7 days after being given the notice, give the buyer the disclosure documents mentioned in section 29 (2) unless the park owner has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
The park owner may charge the seller a fee for giving the buyer the disclosure documents.
The park owner must not charge a fee under subsection (5) that is more than the amount, if any, prescribed by regulation.
Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
